Candidates are retail sales specialists who work in the following roles:

Retail sales specialists work directly with customers. These specialists are taught to identify customers’ needs and recommend solutions that meet those needs. Retail sales specialists recommend connected solutions that use the Windows Vista platform. The connected solution includes personal computers, home automation, home networking, and home entertainment.
